Planning a Proposal at Crystal Cove


Crystal Cove is one of the most iconic locations in Orange County for proposals. With its rugged cliffs, open coastal views, and soft-toned beaches, it creates a timeless setting that never feels overdone.


For this proposal, we arranged a styled setup—and since permits are required for any decor or installations, everything was properly secured ahead of time. Having the permit allowed us to create a seamless experience without any interruptions, which is essential for a moment like this.


The design was clean and elegant, complementing the landscape rather than competing with it.

Beach Portraits After the Proposal


After the proposal, we moved down to the beach for a relaxed portrait session.


The light was soft and natural, creating a clean, editorial look without feeling overly staged. Crystal Cove offers incredible variety within a short distance, allowing us to capture both scenic wide shots and more intimate, candid moments along the shoreline.
