Unexpected Perfection: An Engagement Photoshoot at Leo Carrillo State Beach
Originally, our photoshoot was supposed to take place at El Matador State Beach in Malibu. As always, I arrived early to scout the location, but it was incredibly crowded, making it challenging to work there. Luckily, I had enough time to check out another beach just three miles away – Leo Carrillo State Beach in Malibu.
I couldn’t believe my eyes when I arrived. The beach was nearly empty, featuring beautiful rocks and cliffs, with the sunset setting down perfectly. I quickly messaged the couple to see if they were open to changing the location, and they trusted my judgment.
The decision turned out to be perfect! We enjoyed taking photos on the almost deserted beach. Despite a bit of wind, I worked my magic, and here are the stunning results!
