For the Love of Black and White — A Wedding at Stonepine Estate


There’s something undeniably powerful about black and white photography.


When you strip away the colors, what remains is the essence of a moment — connection, light, texture, emotion. It’s raw. It’s timeless. It’s honest.


For this wedding at the breathtaking Stonepine Estate, I made the intentional decision to present the entire story in black and white. The classic architecture, the sweeping landscapes, the quiet in-between moments — everything felt like it belonged in a vintage film frame. Nothing needed embellishing. Every look, every laugh, every embrace spoke for itself.
